  • We verify coverage to ensure your practice is in-network and meeting the requirements of the payor. This also safeguards your practice from denials. Leaving patients with a peace of mind!

  • After we perform a verification of benefits, we will use your common CPT codes to obtain an estimated quote for patient responsibility. Such as deductible, copays, co-insurance- we will provide our best estimate!

  • We will obtain prior authorizations on services that deem required from the insurance company(s). This will also involve clinical assistance such as letters of medical necessity (when appropriate).

  • We generate statements electronically (and by mail upon request from the client and/or patient). We collect patient balances on a monthly basis and set up/monitor payment plans that adheres to your practice guidelines.

  • We have a dedicated phone line for patients to call in and immediately connect with one of our billers to answer billing-related questions.
